  1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Plant Life 360 LLC hereby confirms its 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, wherein its products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for full credit or exchange provided the product is undamaged. Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. However, certain restrictions apply as Plant Life 360 LLC reserves the right to refuse or limit any returns that, in its sole discretion, appear to be fraudulent, abusive, in violation of these terms, or otherwise inappropriate.   1. Business Customers’ Limited Warranty

Plant Life 360 LLC warrants its products purchased for use in business or resale against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any product determined by Plant Life 360 LLC to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to Plant Life 360 LLC with shipping costs prepaid will, at its option, be repaired or replaced or the purchase price refunded.

  1. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Plant Life 360 LLC is not liable for damages resulting from the improper use of the product or outside of the indications and recommendations provided. The Seller makes no other express or implied warranty of qualification and merchantability, and no agent or reseller is authorized to do so except in writing with a specific reference to this warranty. Under no circumstances shall the Seller’s liability for any breach of this warranty exceed the purchase price of the product as to which a claim is made. All other warranties to any business customer, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property rights, are specifically disclaimed, except where prohibited by state law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Plant Life 360 LLC expressly disclaims any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Plant Life 360 LLC’s liability in all circumstances is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability.
